Terms of Use

1. These Terms of Use govern use of the Lucky Calendar mobile application (the “Service”) provided by the Lucky Calendar Team (the “Operator”). 2. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. 3. Guidelines, notices, and help content displayed in the Service form part of these Terms.

“User” means any individual who uses the Service. “Account” means the credentials registered to use the Service. “Content” includes information, text, images, and AI-generated text provided through the Service. “Premium Features” are features offered through a monthly or yearly paid subscription. “Free Allowance” means limited free access to selected Premium Features, such as one detailed AI report for each eligible period.

The Service is an entertainment application that provides astrology-based forecasts, event planning, and diary features. Forecasts, suggestions, and AI-generated text are for entertainment and general reference only. They are not medical, legal, financial, relationship, or other professional advice, and should not be used as the sole basis for an important decision.

1. An account using an email address or supported sign-in provider is required for the Service. 2. You must provide accurate and current information. The Operator may suspend or delete an account registered with false information. 3. You are responsible for protecting your password and must not disclose or share it. 4. The Service is not intended for children under 13. Users aged 13 through 17 must use the Service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

1. Premium Features are provided through monthly or yearly subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. 2. The price displayed by the applicable store in your country or region is the final purchase price and may include local taxes or currency adjustments. 3. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under the applicable store’s rules. The Operator does not directly hold your payment-card details. 4. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. 5. Free users may try one detailed AI report for each daily, weekly, and monthly period. Yearly detailed reports and complete birth-chart features require Premium. 6. You can cancel through your store account settings. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. 7. Premium features, prices, or conditions may change. Material changes will be announced in the Service where reasonably practicable.

You must not: violate applicable law or public policy; infringe the rights of the Operator or another person; impersonate another person or register false information; interfere with the Service through excessive requests, reverse engineering, automated access, or similar conduct; resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission; copy, redistribute, alter, or publicly transmit Service content without authorization; advertise or solicit through the Service without permission; or use Service information as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.

Intellectual property rights in the Service, including its astrology logic, interface, AI-generated materials, illustrations, and logos, belong to the Operator or their respective rights holders. 2. You retain rights in events, diary entries, notes, and other content you enter. You grant the Operator permission to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Service. 3. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate another person’s rights.

1. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to provide the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. 2. The Service may be suspended for maintenance, updates, emergencies, network failures, force majeure, or other operationally necessary reasons. 3. Features and service conditions may be changed where reasonably necessary.

1. Forecasts and AI-generated suggestions are entertainment content. Their accuracy, completeness, and usefulness are not guaranteed. 2. You are responsible for decisions and actions taken using Service information. 3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. 4. You are responsible for disputes with other users or third parties. 5. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the month in which the damage occurred, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Please review it before using the Service.

1. The Operator may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or creates a material risk to the Service or others. 2. You may delete your account from within the app at any time. Deleted accounts cannot be restored. 3. Any unused paid period after account deletion is handled under the applicable store’s refund rules.

These Terms may be updated due to legal, operational, or service changes. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes relating to the Service.
